Every year I look so forward to Christmas. And every year, I get a little bit let down, frustrated, depressed. Whatever it may be. This year is just the same. It doesn’t quite feel like its the holidays, but maybe that’s because I don’t have any money to buy anyone gifts. This year has been a rough one, that’s for sure. And I always hope to get my friends and loved ones gifts when it’s time. I love giving gifts. But I’m bad at it. If i find something I know you will like, and I buy it… well, it’s really hard for me to wait to give it. For example, I bought my boyfriend three gifts on black friday. He has them all already. I made him a scrapbook cookbook for his birthday, and he got it as soon as it was done (well, it’s still not done, it’s a work in progress, but you know what I’m saying).

The holidays come with so much pressure to give gifts that really, we can’t afford. We’ve all forgotten what this holiday is really about. So this year, I don’t want to forget. And I hope you won’t either.
